Since you didn't tell us where this appeared, it's a bit hard to appreciate whatever your point may be. For myself, I'll say "Snow? What snow?"
Detroit, where it's 17F as I type with about four inches of snow Friday afternoon and overnight.
The screenshot is called "freep0211" which is a clue.
But more than that, such a hed can be assumed to be local. It's the cotext.
